Bookings & confirmation
All bookings with Geranos Getaways are confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment. Itinerary details, inclusions, and pricing are as agreed in writing (via WhatsApp, email, or our booking form) prior to payment.
Payments
Payments are accepted via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) or bank transfer. An advance as agreed at the time of booking is required to hold your dates. The balance is due as per the payment schedule provided with your itinerary.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made 30+ days before travel: full refund of advance. 15–29 days: 50% of advance refunded. 7–14 days: 25% of advance refunded. Less than 7 days: no refund on advance. All refunds are processed within 7 working days.
Our responsibilities
Geranos Getaways will deliver the services as agreed in your confirmed itinerary. In the event of circumstances beyond our control (weather, political events, natural disasters), we will endeavour to provide equivalent alternatives or a proportionate refund.
Traveller responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for ensuring valid identity documents, appropriate travel insurance, and any required medical vaccinations. Geranos Getaways is not liable for losses arising from inadequate documentation or traveller negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mohali, Punjab.
